There are several possible reasons for an unsuccessful transaction.
- Your payment may have been denied by your bank. Please contact the bank to find out if this is the case. They can also help unlock your card so you can try again.
- The website automatically sends you to the correct regional website that will display the correct currency for your region. To be sure that you are on the right region website select the country or region at the top left. If your country is not on the list, GLOBAL should be selected.
- If none of the above steps work try to refresh your browser, use another browser, or to clear cookies and temporary internet files.
